Great tour of 9/11 ground zero. Very Informative and Liz made it so interesting with stories and where she took us. Would recommend it and it was well worth the money Full review by Kevin H

The 911 Memorial Tour was wonderful…much of that due to our great, informative tour guide, Jaclyn. She gave us so much information at each stop…details we didn’t know before, even though we’ve watche… Full review by Linda R

You won’t get the full experience with all the sights. You need to walk around . The 911 museum is so touching and the foot print waterfalls of the towers are so inspirational

You can see the 2 memorials from the street yes, but you cannot see much. The Memorials are large squares that have these platforms lining the top with names of victims, and water pours down from the ground level. So yes, you can see it, but you will not get the entire view and feel of the memorial.

We are wanting to do the 10:30 guided tour and then the museum skip the line entrance. My question is, is it possible to grab a quick bite to eat somewhere nearby AFTER the tour but BEFORE museum entrance? Or, do we have to go DIRECTLY into the museum after the tour and that's our only option? We are just trying to do some meal planning around/before/after the tour and museum and are hoping this is possible. Thanks for your help.

Hi. As previously mentioned the guide finishes his tour at the museum entrance so only 5-10 mins before you go in. However there is no specific time on the museum tickets given, so …

Hi. As previously mentioned the guide finishes his tour at the museum entrance so only 5-10 mins before you go in. However there is no specific time on the museum tickets given, so in theory you could go for lunch and go back to the museum. In a nutshell the tour is time specific but museum entrance is not. Hope this helps.
