Yes you can still swim with the Dolphins if it is raining. The only time you cannot is when there is thunder and lightning in the area. All theme parks here in Florida must temporarily shut down rides outside if there is thunder and lightning. BUT it is Florida where it can rain and be sunny at the same time. About 90% of the time it rains for short periods and usually in the afternoon. I hope this helps.
