Coral Beach has Cabana rentals. There are also beach chair rentals nearby. One thing to know at this time is that the beach is pretty small in that area right now due to the last hurricane. Seafire resort has rentals, but I am not sure if they are open to those that are not guests of the resort. It's a beautiful place.

We rented the cabana which had 2 queen beds, came with a bottle of Prosecco or bucket of beer and a huge appetizer plate. Accommodated 6 people. It was listed for $375.00 but since I rented 4 of them they charged $300.00. Check when cruise lines will be in port or it will be crowded. They did a great job taking care of all of us. Great food and mudslides! Not sure how much to rent chairs alone. Beach was nice also.

There is no need to reserve. Get off the cruise ship and exit the compound reception area. Then, take the bus up to Seven Mile Beach. No problem.
