Lack of transparency on pick up times. Drivers will not show up on the day of pick up and then demand I change my schedule around the next day. Customer service was great, but dispatch and the driver… Full review by Troy Gregerson

Car transport cost is determined primarily by distance and the size of vehicle but there are other factors as well that ultimately determine the cost to ship a car.
