I wouldn’t want to have to drive an RV all the places there are to see in Yellowstone, but people do it. I prefer the “agility” of a car. Two weeks should give you plenty of time to visit both areas. With either an RV or a car, if you are planning a trip during summer vacation period, make campsite or hotel reservations well in advance at Yellowstone. Many hotels and RV campgrounds just outside the park in gateway cities, too.
