You can park in the lot across the street. Police cars usually park right near the theater and police make sure people can cross the road safely. Also, the police station is literally a …

You can park in the lot across the street. Police cars usually park right near the theater and police make sure people can cross the road safely. Also, the police station is literally a few hundred yards up the street. There will be many people at that show. It's highly unlikely you'd have any problems. Just park in a public lot right near the theater. The UCONN Waterbury campus is across the street from the theater. I'm bringing my family to the show. Downtown Waterbury was once very beautiful. Urban blight took its toll. Mostly that part of downtown is impacted by poverty. More dangerous neighbors border downtown. Just stick to the main streets and you'll be fine.

Diorio Restaurant and Bar at 231 Bank Street. Very good food and only a couple minutes drive to the Palace. Parking is behind the theater. Enjoy your show.
