Houston Texans starting left guard Juice Scruggs is expected to miss at least two weeks with a foot injury, a source with knowledge of the injury told the Houston Chronicle on Wednesday. Scruggs was not seen during the portion of Wednesday's practice open to the media.

Harris’ return should provide a boost to a defense playing without starter and team captain Azeez Al-Shaair as he’s been suspended for the next three games by the NFL for a controversial, concussion-causing hit on Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Al-Shaair appealed the punishment, but it was upheld by appeals officer Ramon Foster last week.

The Houston Texans welcomed back linebacker Christian Harris and guard Kenyon Green to the practice field on Monday.
