Election Offices: • Separate ballots to International Service Centers (ISC) – New York – Miami – San Francisco • Affix ISC facing slip to each bundle • Identify trays or containers using Tag 191 • Mail ballots 45 days before election Sept 15th - Nov 3rd
Florida Statute requires publicly noticed logic & accuracy (L&A) testing of all or a sample of the voting devices and systems to be used in an election, as well as a 100% non ‐ publicly noticed testing.

EAC is an independent, bipartisan commission charged with developing guidance to meet HAVA requirements, adopting voluntary voting system guidelines, and serving as a national clearinghouse of information on election administration.
Florida Certified Election Professionals (FCEP)
The nationally-awarded FCEP program, organized by FSE, provides Florida elections officials and their staff the opportunity to receive additional election education on topics such as voter registration, media relations, and election workers, to name a few.
