Polycrystalline tungsten oxide nanofibers for gas-sensing …
Dec 15, 2011 · Tungsten oxide nanofibers were successfully prepared via thermal treatment of electrospun composite nanofibers consisting of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and tungstic acid at 500 °C in air.
Here we compare the thermochromic behavior of tungsten oxide thin films with different degree of crystallinity prepared by rf sputtering. The film structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) method and secondary electron microscopy (SEM) was used to …
Characterization of tungsten oxide films of different crystallinity ...
Jan 1, 2003 · Thin films of tungsten oxide have been prepared onto heated and un-heated substrates to get different degrees of crystallinity. The structure study has been characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and scanning force microscope.
Polycrystalline tungsten oxide nanofibers for gas-sensing applications ...
Dec 15, 2011 · We have fabricated tungsten oxide nanofiber gas sensors using a simple electrospinning method and sol–gel reactions of humidity-durable tungstic acid.
Polycrystalline WO3−x Thin Films Obtained by Reactive DC …
Feb 6, 2023 · The XRD patterns measured for the various samples have proven that the tungsten oxide films prepared at P = 2 W/cm 2 and O pp = 20–30% have a polycrystalline structure, while all other layers are amorphous, as indicated by absence of diffraction peaks in …
Polycrystalline Multiphase Transition Metal Tungsten and Oxide ...
Jan 14, 2025 · The objective of the research is to initiate the polymerisation of pyrrole monomers with phosphotungstic acid under different oxidant conditions and then under a high-temperature carbonization, nitrogen-phosphorus doped carbon@ polycrystalline multiphase tungsten and oxides (NPC@W (O)x) nanomaterials is formed.
Both the normal com-pressive stress at the tungsten/oxide interface and tensile hydrostatic pressure p in the oxide play a role in the oxida-tion, in which the former retards the oxidation reaction rate while the latter enhances oxidant diffusion in the oxide.
Effect of Tungsten Oxide Nanostructures on Sensitivity and …
Aug 26, 2020 · We report on the different surface structures of tungsten oxides which have been synthesized using a simple post-annealing-free hot-filament CVD technique, including 0D nanoparticles (NPs), 1D nanorods (NRs), and 2D nanosheet assemblies of 3D hierarchical nanoflowers (NFs).
Polycrystalline tungsten oxide nanofibers for gas-sensing applications
Dec 1, 2011 · Tungsten oxide nanofibers were successfully prepared via thermal treatment of electrospun composite nanofibers consisting of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and tungstic acid at 500°C in air.
The electric-field-induced resistance switching in polycrystalline tungsten oxide films was investigated. Compared with the as-deposited film, the film annealed in an oxygen atmosphere shows a more stable switching behavior, a higher low-to-high resistance ratio, and a better endurance and retention.
