Recent Impacts Alternatives Program Avoids Cancelation | Georgia. A pre-arrest diversion program was able to continue their work in Fulton County, Georgia. After we reported at the end of 2024 on a secret bidding process excluding the current provider, Policing Alternatives & Diversion Initiative (PADI), the process was cancelled and the Atlanta City Council approved PAD’s new contract.
