Jul 23, 2011 · Kron is my favorite BJJ guy to watch, nobody is more relentless. I've watched "The Curious Case of Kron Gracie" a bunch of times. But seriously, it wasn't some "Trick", it was a legit move that got his back taken.

Obviously Kron should not be fighting anyone ranked in the top 15, and presumably he's going to look old and rusty because he's old and rusty. Bryce is a solid grappler and is probably going to beat Kron up in a shitty kickboxing fight.

Dec 20, 2015 · It got to the point where Gracie literally tried to aggressively jump guard at Cub, who stared at him like he was a fucking idiot when he failed and flopped back-first onto the canvas, legs up in the air. Then Kron proved him right (about the being an idiot part) by Tweeting about how he totally won that fight and had been robbed by the judges.

Apr 11, 2017 · Look, Kron isn't even the best Gracie in the sport. Neiman Gracie is younger, more committed, has takedowns in his game and his striking is levels above Kron's. They aren't in the same league. Neiman was competitive with Rory (lost 48-47, fair enough) and beat D1 wrestling sensation Ed Ruth.

Oct 25, 2013 · Nah, Kron is a genuinely good BJJ/ADCC fighter but not a great MMA fighter. I'd argue he actually represents the shift we've seen BACK to the days of the Gracies in the 90's, were BJJ guys tend to view MMA as more about promoting their BJJ gyms.
