Here's some information on them: - Extract Bottles can be purchased from the Dryad NPC for 10 silver each after defeating all three Mechanical Bosses. - There are 7 Extracts in total, one for each type of herb in the game. - To craft an Extract, you need one Extract Bottle and 5 of one herb.
