It's just more 'savage' to say it this way. Sure you could say: some girl/some random girl, her, my girl/girlfriend, someone' [else's] girlfriend (although the else's part might not get across unless you add it, which makes it clunky); you could even say somebody's babymama or if you wanted to say someone's mother, that makes it a little more nasty and a little less funny (trade off).
