How to pack a lunch box like a pediatric dietitian 👇 There are a few steps I recommend and use with my own kids: 1. TALK TO THEM! Ask them to pick some of their items. For example "I've got capsicum, carrot or cucumber, which would you like in your lunchbox?" 2. Invite them to help.
